If something isn't perfect, we'll make it right. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return or exchange on eligible items.
Return Eligibility
✅ Items in original packaging, unused, with tags
✅ Reported within 7 days of delivery
❌ Beauty and personal-care items once opened (hygiene)
❌ Innerwear, pierced jewellery, and customised pieces
❌ Products damaged due to misuse
Exchange
You can exchange for a different size, colour, or a completely different product of equal or greater value (pay the difference). Free reverse pickup + free re-delivery.
Refund Method
Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded to your bank account via NEFT/UPI (please share details when raising the return).
