Once your order ships, you'll receive an SMS and email with the tracking link. You can also track any order from your Account → My Orders.

If a parcel is returned to us because it couldn't be delivered (unreachable, no response), we'll reach out to reschedule. If not reshipped within 7 days, we refund the product amount minus courier charges.
