You must be 18+ or use the site under a guardian. You agree to provide accurate information and not misuse the platform (spam, fraud, scraping, reverse-engineering, etc.).

We do our best to ensure product descriptions, prices, and stock are accurate. Occasional errors can happen — if we notice a pricing error after your order, we'll contact you to confirm or cancel. All prices are in INR and inclusive of taxes.

An order becomes a binding contract once we send you a confirmation email/SMS. Until then, we may cancel any order for reasons including stock, payment issues, or suspected fraud.

All content on suvikka.com — logo, imagery, product photos, copy, code — is owned by SuViKKa or licensed to us. You may not copy, republish, or use it commercially without written permission.

SuViKKa is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site. Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
